Payments and Commission
All advertisements must be prepaid. Advertising agencies placing advertising for an advertiser guarantee payment due Ardent. A 15 percent commission paid to recognized and accredited advertising agencies only when material is supplied.

Copy Acceptance
All advertising is subject to approval by Ardent. Advertisements are accepted and published upon the representation that the agency and/or advertiser is authorized to publish the entire contents and the subject matter of the advertisement. The agency and/or advertiser will indemnify and hold Ardent harmless from any loss or expense resulting from claims or suits for defamation, libel, violation or right of privacy, plagiarism, copyright infringement, unfair competition, unfair trade practice and infringement of trademarks, trade names or patents, or unintended effect.
